1. Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this window has elapsed will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented technical failure attributable to CourseHive.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to support@thecoursehive.online from the email address associated with your account. Please include your full name and registered email address, the name of the course(s) for which you are requesting a refund, and your order confirmation number.

You do not need to provide a reason, though optional feedback is appreciated as it helps us improve our offerings.

3. Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is received and verified, CourseHive will process the refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Effect on Access

Upon processing your refund, your access to the relevant course(s) will be revoked. If you have downloaded any PLR materials associated with a refunded course, you are required to cease all use and distribution of those materials immediately upon receiving your refund.

5. Technical Issues & Extended Exceptions

If you are unable to access your course due to a confirmed technical error on our end, and you have reported the issue within the 30-day window but resolution extends beyond that window, you will remain eligible for a refund. Please document the issue with screenshots where possible and contact our support team.

6. Bundle Purchases

For bundle purchases involving multiple courses, refunds are available on a per-course basis within the 30-day window. If you wish to refund an entire bundle, the full bundle price will be refunded provided the request falls within the eligibility window. Partial bundle refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis relative to the individual course prices at the time of purchase.

7. Promotional & Gifted Courses

Courses obtained through promotional codes offering 100% discounts (i.e., complimentary access) are not eligible for monetary refunds, as no payment was made. Courses gifted by a third party are refundable to the original purchaser only.

8. Abuse of the Refund Policy

CourseHive reserves the right to limit or deny refund requests from users who demonstrate a pattern of purchasing and refunding courses, which may constitute abuse of this policy. In such cases, we will notify the user and may restrict future purchasing privileges.

Returns Policy

How we handle course cancellations, license revocations, and digital goods.

1. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold on CourseHive — including video courses, downloadable materials, workbooks, templates, and PLR licenses — are intangible digital goods delivered electronically. Under U.S. consumer protection law and applicable digital commerce regulations, digital products are generally non-returnable once accessed or downloaded. However, CourseHive voluntarily offers a full 30-day refund guarantee as a mark of our confidence in the quality of our content.

2. Course Access Cancellation

If you wish to cancel access to a course you have purchased, you may do so by contacting our support team. Access cancellation within the 30-day window will trigger a full refund per our Refund Policy. Cancellation requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund; however, your access will remain active as per the lifetime license you have purchased.

3. PLR License Revocation

In circumstances where a refund is issued and accepted, the associated PLR license granted with the relevant course is considered revoked as of the refund date. You are obligated to immediately cease all distribution, resale, or use of the refunded course's PLR materials, remove any rebranded versions of the content from sale or distribution channels, and delete all downloaded files associated with the refunded course. CourseHive reserves the right to pursue remedies for continued unauthorized use of PLR materials following a refund.

4. Incorrect or Defective Products

If you believe you have been delivered incorrect course content or if the content you receive is materially defective, please contact us within 14 days of discovery. We will investigate and, where the issue is confirmed to be on our end, provide one of the following resolutions at our discretion: replacement of the defective content, a partial or full credit toward another CourseHive course, or a full refund regardless of whether the 30-day window has passed.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate transaction. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge upon verification. Provide both order confirmation numbers in your support email to expedite the process.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in the suspension of your account and may affect your ability to purchase from CourseHive in the future. CourseHive will respond to all legitimate payment disputes with full documentation of the transaction and delivery of service.

7. Account Termination & Outstanding Access

If your account is terminated by CourseHive due to a violation of our Terms of Service, access to all purchased courses will be revoked without refund. If you voluntarily close your account, we recommend downloading all available materials beforehand, as access will be permanently removed upon account deletion.
