By accessing or using the CourseHive website at thecoursehive.online (the "Platform"), purchasing any course, or creating an account, you ("User," "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or make a purchase on CourseHive. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you further represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access purchased content, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@thecoursehive.online of any unauthorized access. CourseHive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal license to access and consume the course content for which you have paid. Access is for your personal, educational, and commercial use only (subject to PLR terms below). You may not share, sublicense, or distribute your login credentials. Lifetime access is contingent upon CourseHive continuing to operate. While we endeavor to maintain the Platform indefinitely, we cannot guarantee perpetual availability. All future updates to a purchased course will be provided to you at no additional charge.
Every CourseHive course includes Private Label Rights (PLR) where noted. When a course includes PLR, you are granted the right to rebrand the course content under your own name or business, resell or sublicense the course to third parties and retain 100% of the proceeds, deliver the course content as part of your own educational offerings or coaching programs, and modify, adapt, or combine the content with other materials you own.
PLR rights do not permit you to resell or transfer the PLR license itself to another party, claim that you authored the original intellectual property where prohibited by applicable law, use the content in any manner that is defamatory, illegal, or harmful to third parties, or represent that your rebranded product carries any endorsement from CourseHive or its instructors.
You agree not to use the Platform to engage in unauthorized data scraping, reverse engineering, or extraction of platform content; upload or transmit any malware, spam, or harmful code; attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control mechanisms; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of CourseHive or any third party; or engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
All prices displayed on the Platform are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable discounts shown at the time of purchase. Promotional pricing is subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via our payment partners; CourseHive does not store full payment card details on its servers.
Unless expressly granted via a PLR license, all content on the Platform — including course videos, written materials, graphics, software, and the CourseHive brand identity — is the exclusive property of CourseHive or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of platform content is strictly prohibited.
The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites and services. CourseHive does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by their own terms and privacy policies.
CourseHive provides educational content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we make no guarantee that any particular outcome — financial, professional, or otherwise — will result from using our courses. Testimonials displayed on the Platform reflect individual results and are not typical or guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourseHive's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the course(s) directly at issue in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CourseHive, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
CourseHive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will endeavor to provide notice via email to registered users.
